We are preparing for the 2023 Oregon session's privacy and
cybersecurity legislation. We urge for consumer data privacy,
an Oregon Chief Privacy Officer, an Oregon Cybersecurity
Council and Oregon Cybersecurity Center of Excellence.
Our critical cyber infrastructures, cyber hygiene education,
consumer data and individual privacy protections, and
emergency preparedness, including ransomware protection,

Elections—the cornerstone of democracy—are among critical
cyber infrastructures. Defending democracy requires
protection from escalating cyber-attacks and disinformation.
